Copper Coast Natural Skincare- Homegrown Hero Product

Hello Lovelies,

Supporting Irish brands is something I feel really passionately about. I also love to support home grown heroes in Waterford and the Copper Coast Skincare is exactly one of them from Dunhill in my native county of Waterford. I was really interested to see what this company was and what it had to offer so when I was given the chance to do a feature review of some of the products I jumped at the chance.

The idea of creating Homemade Natural Skincare products initially came from the fact that my Son had very sensitive skin. When looking for products to use at bath time, to moisturise and protect his skin, the majority of products contained many chemicals and preservatives that I did not feel would help his situation. After looking into the alternatives on the market I decided that I should look into producing my own. 18 months later after studying a Diploma in Natural Skincare Formulation and researching Natural ingredients, once my products were certified, Copper Coast Natural Skincare began.
About the Company
Copper Coast Natural Skincare is based in Dunhill, which is a village that is part of the stunning Copper Coast in Co Waterford. All of our products are individually formulated with our Lip Balms and Body Butters being created using the finest Natural Butters and oils. All of our products are fully tested by chemists (not on animals!) and certified under EU regulations. We also are proud to carry the Guaranteed Irish symbol on our products
About me

As a qualified Massage Therapist I understand the importance of the Natural balance of the body and all of its systems. Due to my concerns for my Son with his sensitive skin, I decided to further my knowledge a completed a comprehensive Diploma in Natural Skincare Formulation. I get great satisfaction from developing effective skincare products tailoring to help solve specific problems.


I think it takes a really strong person to start your own company in Ireland. For a small country we can easily get set in our ways of following the worldwide trends and investing in products because they have celebrity endorsements or the names have been around forever so 'it must be good' but I am thrilled with the products I received from Victoria and I think she has created stunning 


Sweet Orange and Myrrh Body Wash

Our luxurious Mild SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulphate) Free Body Wash is created using Oxygenated Aloe Vera and Wheat proteins. This Body Wash with its oxygen bubbles throughout, when applied provides a gentle foam leaving the skin feeling cleansed and rejuvenated. The blend of the Sweet Orange and Myrrh essential oils give a sweet, warm citrus aroma

Lavender and Tea Tree Body Lotion

Our light moisturising Body Lotion is based around the effective combination of Coconut oil which helps replenish and soften dry or damaged skin and grapeseed oil which moisturises and soothes the skin. The blend of the essential oils of healing and calming Lavender and the naturally antiseptic, healing Tea Tree and soothing Chamomile is ideal for all skin types.

Peppermint and Tea Tree Lip Balm

This refreshing lip balm not only soothes, moisturises and hydrates but also protects your lips. The blend of Tea Tree oil which is suitable for all skin types, heals and repairs together with the Peppermint oil which cools and refreshes is an ideal combination

Our candles are fragranced using only essential oils so not only do they produce a wonderful aroma you also benefit from the therapeutic qualities of the oils. We use soy wax which 100% natural guaranteed to contain no herbicides, pesticides or paraffin.

It's not often a blogger can say wholeheartedly that she loved every product she was sent from a range but I'm sorry folks I really did.

First off the candle, the lemongrass & bergamot combination is possibly my favourite candle I've had in my room in a long time, it's so fresh and fruity I really hate/love burning it because I don't want it to end.

Next up I want to talk about the little lip balm, it's perfect for lashing into your handbag and it smells divine. I've always loved anything mint and with the tea tree you get a little fresh tingle on your lips. I've been using this in my prep for makeup and it's really helping my lip colour application at the end. The body butter I've been trying is of the same scent and I find in the mornings this is the perfect scent to be adding to your skin to really wake you up and have you feeling refreshed. As with any body butter I like to leave it soak in for a good while before I dress.

The lavender and tea tree body lotion is my bath time buddy lately. I love coming out of the bath and lashing on a scent like lavender as it's just perfect for bedtime, cosying up and feeling like your skin is soaking in a lovely relaxing scent such as this is a real treat. This lotion soaks into the skin like a dream. 

Finally is the body wash and again I have nothing but love for this product, it was the first product I used and the scent from the sweet orange is beautiful. Whether I had tan on or not the body wash left my skin feeling really hydrated after showering.

I just want to thank Copper Coast Natural Skincare for sending me out some goodies to try, as I said at the start I am always happy to try out some new Irish brands and I really want to wish them all the luck in the future. If you like natural products and you want to treat yourself or someone you love I 100% recommend this brand of skincare.
