I love receiving beautifully packaged gifts (who doesn't, right???). The downside is, when they're so pretty I sort of don't want to open them.
One of my favorite brands come Christmastime is Burt's Bees. They just do Christmas so well. They come up with really attractive packaging and excellent value-for-money sets that are impressive to behold. The good news is, they don't necessarily have to break the bank!
Let's take a look at the lip balms. Everybody loves the all-natural Burt's Bees Lip Balms. There are at least 10 kinds and each come in a cute triangle-shaped box that need no wrapping. They cost only P225 each and they're perfect for men, women, and even children because they're 100% natural. My hubby, kids, and I all use lip balm especially when we're travelling to cold and dry places. Two of my girlfriends are getting these.
Want to take your gift giving up a notch? You can grab one of these themed sets. There are at least 3 kinds, all priced at P495. The one I have here is called Outdoor Adventures.
Burt's Bees' Outdoor Adventures set is perfect for travelers, as it comes in this flat yet spacious zip pouch so it's easy to pack or tote around in a bag.
Outdoor Adventures contains the following items: Ultra Conditioning Lip Balm with Kokum Butter (this is Burt's Bees' most intense lip balm), Res-Q Ointment (great for soothing bumps and bruises), Hand Salve (this is a nice non-greasy way to moisturize your hands), and 2 sample sachets of Intense Hydration Treatment Mash. The Res-Q Ointment alone costs P450 and so all the above items in a super cute zip case for P495 is a real steal! I'm sending this to my Ninang who loves to travel.
Want to amp it up some more? There are a variety of bigger sets which cost P795 and P995!
I saved the big box for last... I didn't see it at the Burt's Bees website so I'm not sure if it's available for sale as a set.
Oh wow! I can't tell you how happy I am to get all these for Christmas! I go through eye cream super fast because I apply generously around my eye area day and night (think raccoon). The eye cream and night cream alone cost P1,450 each. I've used Burt's Bees Radiance Eye Cream before (finished an entire jar so yes, I will definitely post a review) and I can attest that it really does brighten up my eye area. When I apply it before sleeping I wake up looking refreshed. I'm also excited to try the Lip Shine and Lip Gloss! I'm travelling to somewhere cold this Christmas so I'll be sure to bring a tube of Hand Cream with me. Thank you Burt's Bees for this lovely present! I'll be sharing the other items with friends and family but I'm keeping this last box for me. :D
Burt's Bees products are available at Beauty Bar stores nationwide. Don't want to suffer through the horrendous holiday traffic? Do your shopping online at http://ift.tt/1RRVkaU. Shipping is FREE for orders over P1,500. I'll probably be grabbing a few more things online too.
