Hey beautifuls, hope this festive season has been quite enjoyable for all of you. It was really crazy for me as we were shifting house and so, I hardly had time to take care of my skin during this time. So, when finally I got time to enjoy the festivities, I dressed up and had put makeup, but was looking quite dull and tired. So, I decided to go for an at-home facial and chose the VLCC Party Glow Facial Kit for that.

VLCC Party Glow Facial Kit consists of:

1.Comfrey Cleanser cum Toner: Enriched with comfrey extract and aloe vera, this 2 in 1 cleanser has to be massaged on the skin for 2-3 minutes and wiped off with a moist cotton pad.

The cleanser is creamy white and lotiony in texture with a fruity smell. It is a bit oily on the skin but when wiped off, makes the skin look clear.

2.Indian Berberry Scrub: Enriched with the goodness of date extract and papaya seed, this scrub exfoliates the skin, removing dead skin cells and revealing youthful and glowing skin.

It has too be massaged for 3-4 minutes on the skin and then rinsed off. It is thick in consistency like a paste and has kernels that works their way to cleanse off skin.

3.Saffron Massage Gel: Saffron is a well known agent to brighten complexion and mixed with the goodness of mulberry, it gives an instant glow.

It is a pinkish gel that has to be massaged into the skin for 8-10 minutes and then wiped away with moist cotton.

4.Snigdha Face Cream: Liquorice and turmeric are said to be instant brighteners. And so this cream effectively brightens the skin.

It is a pink cream and has to be massaged for 10 minutes on the face and then wiped off with a moist cotton.

5.Insta Glow Face Pack: Infused with sandalwood and hazelnut, this face pack revives the skin and gives a youthful radiance. 

It is a pinkish white pack that has to be kept on the skin for 20 minutes and then rinsed off. It makes the skin fresh and supremely glowing.

6.Oil Free Moisturizing Gel: This light yellow coloured gel is made up of aloe vera and has spf15.

It takes a bit time to get absorbed and often may feel sticky on the face. However, the radiance provided is so amazing. It makes the skin glow.

My Experience: I wanted something like VLCC Party Glow Facial Kit during the festivals. It does what it promises, that to provide an instant glow to the face and to revive tired and dull skin. Again as with the VLCC Gold Facial Kit, this also may last 2 usages, so I would have preferred caps for the sachets of the scrub, gel, cream and pack. 

The experience is just what I had expected, an instant radiance that made my skin look fresher and brighter and just appropriate for the festive time. Individually, I would have preferred the scrub to be less abrasive. I feel sensitive skin may not be able to withstand it. I just loved the Snigdha Cream which is very moisturizing and gave such a lovely glow that I did not feel like using the pack after that. However, the pack also left the skin so fresh and luminous.
