ColourPop Cosmetics! Review & Swatches!

I am sure everyone has heard the insane hype about ColourPop Cosmetics all over social media. No seriously! This brand is literally all over Youtube, Instagram, Twitter etc. And for some very good reasons! Let’s take a closer look at all the little gems I have recently collected {and adore!}

Eyeshadows – $5.00

-Rose Gold eyeshadow with an insane amount of glitter

On the Rocks – Medium brown with gorgeous glitter

To-A-T – Warm medium Brown matte eyeshadow. Perfect transition color.

The eyeshadows started the brand and my absolute favorite product from the bunch – here’s why:
– Insanely pigmented
– Unique shades
– super inexpensive
– High quality
– Easily blendable
– Long lasting
– Amazing texture: Blend of powder, cream and gel!

For me, the best way to apply the glitter shades is with my fingers. The only eyeshadow that worked with a brush was the matte “To-A-T” which blended super nicely with a blending brush.

Blush – $8.00

Here’s where it got interesting for me – Although I absolutely love the stunning dusty pink color, I found that this was a hard product to use. It did not apply at all with a brush so I had to use my fingers – Which meant that my makeup underneath (foundation/bronzer) did move as I applied the blush. I do like the concept but it takes some getting used to. I do have to say that it is very long lasting and the color is just beyond gorgeous!

Please remember to shut your eyeshadows/blush tighly after each use or else they can dry out! For a more detailed review of all products, check out my video review below!
