Hey lovelies, hope you are having a wonderful time, at the advent of winter. So, I had attended an event organized by Avene few weeks back, and since then I have been using their products. I am using the complete Cleanance set which includes 4 products.
About Avene Cleanance:
Avene Cleanance Range is for those who have acne prone skin and suffer from blemishes. This range targets to curb acne by controlling oil production and then works to make it blemish free.
Avene Cleanance Skin Care Routine:
I start of with the Avene Cleanance Cleansing Gel for Face & Body. It is an amazing cleanser that instantly gives your skin a fresh and energized feel. It does not dry out the skin, gives it a soft and supple feel and it smells to good. It is undoubtedly one of the best cleansers I have ever used.
Then I spray some Avene Eau Thermale Thermal Spring Water. This is perhaps the most widely used products and obviously their best-selling one. I have been using this since a long time. It is a multi-purpose product that energizes dull skin, combats dryness and leaves the skin feeling hydrated and plump.
The next and most important part is of course treating the existing blemishes. I apply the Avene Cleanance Expert. It is an award winning comprehensive treatment that reduces the appearance of blemishes. It has a 3 key target that reduces blemish at every stage. It also targets redness and inflammation.
The last thing that I use is the Avene Cleanance Mat Mattifying Emulsion. It us a lightweight moisturizer that hydrates the skin without leaving any greasy residue. It makes the skin soft and leaves it feeling light and hydrated.
My Experience with the Avene Cleanance Range:
Frankly I do not suffer from acne issues. But the months of August and September had been somewhat harsh and I could not really take care of my skin, the way I generally do. So I had started getting one or two zits now and then. Once I started taking care of the skin at the end of September, the acne problem stopped but I was left with dark spots around my cheeks and mouth area. I got the Avene Cleanance products just in time so that I could actually test on blemishes. My skin is of combination type, and it gets drier in the dry season.
I have been using this skin care routine for the last 3-4 weeks and have been really benefited in terms of the blemishes. My spots have become totally invisible, and I can't get enough of the Cleanace Cleanisng Gel and Cleanance Expert. The Mat Mattifying Emulsion, as it says is for oily skin, has been ok till until recently, but now as the weather has become quite dry, I need something more nourishing and rich. But during this time I did not have a single breakout, and my skin has become much better in terms of evenness and cleanness.
