Magnum Cafe Manila closes this July 26, 2016!

Yes, this month is your last chance to try the dreamy creations which have invaded our dreams the past year because Magnum Cafe Manila's last day is already on July 26, 2016. It's not because of sales, because there's still a big demand for it. It's simply because Magnum Cafes all over the world are designed as temporary pop-up stores. In fact, Magnum Cafe in SM Aura was supposed to be open for only a year but it has already been extended by a couple of months. Instead of quietly closing its doors, Magnum Cafe Manila chooses to end its stint with a bang by coming up with five (5) new Magnum desserts for your dining pleasure.

Campfire S'Mores (P280)

First we have the Campfire S'Mores, a vanilla Magnum bar coated with freshly torched marshmallows sitting on top of a dark chocolate ganache and graham slab. It's a little too sweet for me since I'm not too fond of marshmallows.

Crepe De Jour (P380)

This is my favorite among the five introduced, Crepe Du Jour. It's comprised of layers of soft and chewy French crepes, light sweet cream, fresh in-season fruits (in this case mangoes and strawberries), and a milk-chocolate dipped vanilla Magnum bar.

Magnum Anniversary Cake (P350)

Next up was the Magnum Anniversary Cake complete with a candle! Thanks Ira for posing with it lol. Moist honey cake with cream cheese frosting and crunchy honeycomb bits serve as a base for a dark Belgian chocolate dipped vanilla Magnum bar. Read more »
