I first got acquainted with Gus* Modern Furniture back in 2012. I was invited to the Canadian brand's Philippine launch. I was impressed by the simple yet sturdy pieces which combined modern lines, functionality, and versatility.
Gus* Modern Furniture has found a new home in Makati City and I was invited to check it out. Let me take you through Gus* Studio Manila. The minimalistic Junction Desk they had displayed by the showroom window immediately caught my eye. See, this is how I like my furniture -- simple, modern, no-frills. I don't really like ornate pieces or antique-looking stuff for my house.
How I wish I had a living room like this one, haha! I'm sitting on the Richmond Bi-Sectional which can be configured with the chaise on the left or right. It's cushy and firm at the same time, very comfy!
