Swiss Week at Heat EDSA Shangri-la Hotel

I was invited to the preview luncheon of EDSA Shangri-la Hotel's Swiss Week at Heat. Heat is EDSA Shangri-la's buffet restaurant and I've actually eaten there many times in the past.

Manila-based Swiss chefs Thomas Wenger (former executive chef Mandarin Oriental Manila) and Martin Kaspar (owner of L'Entrecote Restaurant) will prepare authentic Swiss dishes to be incorporated into the Heat buffet spread from Nov. 13 to 28, 2014.

I love the personalized place holders.


For our starter, a selection of Swiss cold cuts and cheeses were served. I got one of everything to try. I love cheese! We had wine on the side too.Read more »
