One of the most popular questions asked when Xiaomi phones are the topic is, "Do they have a service center?". The answer is a big resounding YES. In fact there are currently 8 service centers, 4 within Metro Manila and 4 provincial ones. You can check the list HERE. If the locations are not convenient for you, there are over 50 drop-off points you can go to.
I was among the first to buy a Xiaomi Mi3 when it first launched in the Philippines. I'm so happy that the Mi Exclusive Service Center is located in Greenhills -- near my workplace! Anyhow, I was invited for a tour before it opened to the public. This is the reception area.
Because the Mi Exclusive Center offers 2-hour quick repair service for units with warranty, there's a small waiting room where you will be accompanied by over a dozen Mi Bunnies!
