It's been a while but tonight I bring you my 28th BB Cream review. My 27th one, ZA Total Hydration BB Cream UV White, was posted last August and over two months have passed since then.
I tried (quite extensively) another Japanese BB Cream -- Heroine Make Mineral BB Cream SPF 50+. It's fairly new here in the Philippines having just launched recently. I love the anime-themed packaging!
