Krispy Kreme Limited Edition Cadbury Doughnuts!

I went home to a Krispy Kreme box a little over a week ago. It was very spot on because I just picked up the kids from school and it was time for merienda.

At this point, I knew their latest offering was the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles-themed doughnuts.

Ooooh! Instead of ninja turtles, I was greeted by chocolates! It was actually a box of Krispy Kreme's Limited Edition Cadbury Doughnuts! We were all very excited because we really love the incredibly rich and creamy Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolates. There are four doughnuts in KK's Cadbury series:

• Chocolate and Biscuit (the checkered donut in the photo above) - Topped with checkered chocolate ganache and sprinkled with graham cracker crunch, this is my daughters' favorite. She said it's the best doughnut she has ever had so I hope they keep it around at least for a few months, lol.


• Triple Chocolate (the half brown half white donut in the photo above) - Dipped in dark and white chocolate then topped with a cube of Cadbury Dairy Milk (as well as crushed pieces) and Vanilla Kreme icing, it's the chocoholic's dream come true.

  • Fruit & Nut (first donut on the left in the photo above) - A white chocolate-dipped dougnut topped with chopped Cadbury Fruit & Nut. My son liked this one best.
    
  
  
  • Chocolate Mud Pie - More than Triple Chocolate, I think this is the more hardcore chocolate doughnut because it's filled with chocolate kreme, dipped in dark chocolate, and then topped with crushed Oreos and chopped Cadbury Dairy Milk.
