Healthy Foods: Easy Guacamole!

Anytime I want a snack – I always opt for guacamole! It’s quick, easy and best of all – SUPER HEALTHY! The key to good guacamole is fresh vegetables (because it’s a raw snack, the ingredients should be really fresh and organic). Hope you Enjoy!


Ingredients:


Avacado

Onions

Tomato

Jalapenos

Lemon

Salt & PepperTabasco Sauce


Let’s move on to the steps…




Gather your ingredients:

Chop the veggies into small pieces:

Add them to the avocado and give it a good mix:

Squeeze half lemon into the veggies mix:

Add Salt & Pepper to the mix – I usually just eyeball it, no measurements needed (remember, you can taste as you go along!):

Add the best (secret) ingredient: Tabasco Sauce!!!! (If you are not a spicy food lover – skip this!)

And the avocado goodness is ready!!!!! I love to eat mine with Pop Chips (very low fat!):
