Packaging: The Balm Meet Matt(e) Hughes comes in a vintage pin-up inspired packaging. Inside the holder is plastic and works as a shade indicator. The cover is twisted and metallic silver.

My experience: The Balm Meet Matt(e) Hughes in Chivalrious is one of the brightest shades of pink I have used ever. It is the mattest matte too. The colour pay off is excellent, but it has a tendency to get into fine lines. It is better to hydrate your lips thoroughly before application.

The Balm Meet Matt(e) Hughes in Chivalrious has one of the cutest packaging, possible. I love how quirky their names are. The fragrance is also absolutely delicious like a candy. It is a definitely a very good liquid matte, but not the best in the market available.
