Discoveries at the SM Cyber Month launch in SM City Fairview!

I visited SM City Fairview for the first time last Wednesday for the launch of SM Cyber Month, a tech affair celebrated by all SM Supermalls nationwide.

I live in Quezon City but wow, it was only then that I realized that although SM City Fairview is also in Quezon City, it's actually almost 20km away from my house -- further distance-wise compared to SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City. But I found it easier to get to because the roads leading to it, Commonwealth Avenue and Regalado Avenue, are simply wide and straight. It usually takes me 45 minutes to an hour to go to MOA, surprisingly SM Fairview is only 30-45 minutes by car.

August is SM Cyber Month, a month-long treat for techie folks. There's a Cyber Month Tech Sale which showcases the latest and the best consumer electronics (meaning gadgets and appliances!) so now is a good time to go get what you need.

The first thing I noticed when I got to the event area was the gigantic LG TV set up. Wow! TVs surely have come a long way. We have a 46-inch LCD TV in our room and this makes it look miniscule.

It's THIS BIG! Even if I spread my arms I couldn't possibly hug this TV.
